XMetric — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the XMetric app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the app store or platform through which you obtained the app.

Engineering disclaimer

The app is provided for reference and informational purposes only. Conversion results and calculator outputs do not constitute certified engineering judgment, professional advice, or a substitute for review by a qualified engineer. You are responsible for independently verifying any value before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app’s results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt it except as permitted by law.

Advertising and third-party services

The app displays advertising provided by Google AdMob and may link to third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of ad and third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

Any optional in-app purchases or subscriptions are sold and processed by the app store or platform through which you obtained the app (for example, the Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that platform’s terms. Prices and features may change. Refunds are handled by the platform.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
